    Snatch Prep:

    High Hang Power + High Hang Squat + OHS

    Hang Power + Hang Squat + OHS
    Hang Power Snatch+Hang Squat Snatch+Overhead Squat (10 Rounds)
    Perform as a complex, one round every 2 minutes. Build if possible.
