30 Second Rest

You will have 90 seconds to complete a 200m run, then complete as many T2B as possible in the remaining time. You will have 30 seconds rest before the next round begins. You will complete 5 total rounds. Your score will be the total T2B completed.

If the run is taking too long, scale down the run to 100m.
