Metcon (Time)

Teams of 3- can be any combination

Athlete 1- Row for distance

Athlete 2- Walking lunges with Log- 50′

Athlete 3- Push-ups

On “go”- All athletes work. When Athlete 2 gets back from lunges, athletes rotate stations. Continue this pattern until 3000 meters have been rowed AND 300 push-ups have been completed. If the push-up or row station gets completed before the other, that station becomes a rest station.
