AMRAP 35 minutes

Teams of 3

X13 overhead squats

X13 kettle bell swings

X13 box step overs with kettle bells

Partner A and B work through the triplets as Partner C Rows 250m. Partner C then tags out partner A leaving Partner B and C to work through triplets. Repeat for 35 min.
