Metcon (Time)

Grab a set of collars- run 200m and place them on your platform

Grab a set of 5/2.5# plates- run 200m and place them on your platform

Grab a set of 10/15/25/35/45# plates- run 200m and place them on your platform

Grab a barbell and run 200m

Assemble your barbell and perform 20 shoulder-to-overhead

Carry the loaded barbell in the front rack for 200m

Disassemble your barbell, carry the empty barbell 200m and put it away

Grab the big plates, carry them 200m and put them away

Grab the small plates, carry them 200m and put them away

Grab the collars, carry them 200, put them away.
